Helppier Basic Plan allows you to use integration so you can have access to a knowledge base connector.


With the Helppier integration for, we make it simple to share support articles on every page of your website or web product. You can embed your knowledge base systems in our widget. This way users don’t need to leave your website to help themselves.

How to setup:

1. Go to Helppier’s homepage and login* to your account. 

2. Integrations page will appear in the left-side of your dashboard area. 
Now, click on "+ Integration".

3. Add a new integration by filling the form.

4. Configure the integration:
  • Enter a name‚Äč
  • Give a description
  • Select "" on the drop down.

5. For this integration, you need to create an account on website. Then, you need to get some values from account:

- First, login to your desk account. Go to the Admin Panel →  Settings →  API.

- In "My Application" section, add a new API application. Then, enter "Helppier" in the name of the application and use your website URL for each URL. This will expose your API consumer "key" and consumer "secret" (1 and 2 on the image below). 

You can see your "URL Desk Account" (3) on Site Settings of your account (Web Desk Adress URL). 

- Next, click on the link "Your access token"  to access your "Access Token" and "Access Token Secret" (4 and 5).

6. Finally, click on "Save" and a new tool will automatically appear on your Helppier widget with your articles.
