How to Invite New Users

Helppier allows administrators to delegate admin functions such as tutorials and/or tooltips creation or publishing to other users. See in this article how to invite new users to your account.

1. First, go to Helppier’s homepage and loginto your account. Then, gto Users page that will appear in the header of your dashboard area.

2. Press Invite User icon.

3. Enter the name and email of your invited user. Choose "Manage Company" if you want to turn the user an admin. Then, select which sites do you allow the user access.


4. Press the Invite User icon and the user will receive an invitation by email to join your account.
And it’s done!
